It feels really private because of the large berm along Highway 12 that gives you privacy from the main road, it blocks some road noise too which really isn’t that loud anyway. Internet is one of those things that is hard to get good service with depending on where you are in the County. I think this property would have access to good internet from one of the Cell phone companies. Notice the large tower in the distance in some of the photos looking to the left of the mountains and you will see the new cell tower. The signal is strong out here and I think it is AT&T.
