The property is awesome and in a private ranch not far from I-25, about 6-7 miles to the ranch entrance, but far enough away that you aren’t going to have traffic noise from it. This property is back near the back end of the ranch about as far as you can go and even though there are homes near by you won’t have much traffic down the ranch road and the setting is pretty private.
