Immediately when you get to this property you notice the Tall Pines and the views of the entire southern Sangre de Cristos Mountains as well great views of the Spanish Peaks. Then the real fun begins when you start hiking this property. Many properties in this area have a lot of thick underbrush but this one doesn’t have very much so you can hike the property pretty easily.
Take a good look at the Google Earth screenshots that I added below and you will see that this property has a draw that runs down the center of the property. The north and south sides of this 35 acre parcel is higher ground, this means you have a lot of character to this property with multiple areas that could be building sites. But maybe you just want a place to come and hunt or to vacation so the terrain of this property makes it great for that.
I was able to get in a good hike to check this new listing but still have a lot of exploring to do on this property and I can’t wait. When I do I will get even more photos and share them here. In the mean time come and see this property and let’s explore it together.
Note: I couldn’t stand it, I just couldn’t wait. We had a really nice weather day so I went back out and hiked this property and flagged the south line and tried to find the western corner pins. So far I haven’t found them so that will be another day. I know that I was close but sometimes this older property pins are harder to find. So any way I have just uploaded some more photos.
I absolutely love this property. It has character yet you can hike most all of the 35 acres. The tree coverage is just beautiful with a really great mix of trees. It seems like you see mountains through the trees every where you look. The back property line overlooks this beautiful pristine valley and you can see that in some of the photos. That draw or valley is not part of this property, it just overlooks it. I found a number of elk/deer rubs and sign also. Oh….you have got to come see this property and you might get as excited as I am about it.
This parcel has so much appeal to it and so many features that our customers are looking for and the price is right. The ranch is a pretty laid back and quiet ranch so you will have a lot of privacy. I don’t think this property will be around very long. Come see it soon!
