Photos of the Scenic Highway of Legends
I have posted a lot of photos that we have personally taken of areas along the Highway of Legends and in Trinidad at our web page here HighwayofLegends.com and these photos are larger beautiful high quality photos that you will really enjoy as they give you a better feel of what you will see in this area west of Trinidad Colorado. This area is our back yard and we sure enjoy it every chance we get.
Since this is not a big tourist area and is off the beaten path many people, even those that are Colorado natives, have never experienced the beauty of the Highway 12 area from Trinidad to Stonewall then north to Cuchara and La Veta. If you are looking for a spectacular visit be sure to make time for this trip and enjoy a wonderful leisurely drive in one of the most beautiful areas of Colorado and the West!
