If you are looking to build in the tall pines this is not the property for you, but if you love the big sky open views you are going to love this property a whole bunch. Some people come out from the city and just hate to cut down a tree and that is understandable but there are many reasons that one would want to cut trees and one is to protect your home from fire danger and the other is to enhance and help the forest. The building sites on this property has very easy access and really you have a few choices depending on what access and views you want. I haven't decided which is my favorite but I am leaning towards the location near the driveway entrance where it sits above the ranch road but away from it too just to the west. And it would be easy to clear for your foundation as it is pretty gentle ground here with mainly some scrub oak underbrush to remove.

There are a number of Pinon Pines and a few Ponderosa Pines too on this property and while there is only a few near the building site there are a lot down lower into the property.
