Tract 5 on Plaza de la Vista has always been a property that we enjoyed and have liked right from the beginning when we first started marketing this Ranch. It has such a diverse terrain with many neat features.

From rock outcroppings to a seasonal draw where water will run after a rain or snow melt. There are a few tall Ponderosa Pines down along this draw, which are mostly unusual on this Ranch as most of the trees are the smaller Pinon Pines and Juniper.

Also down in this lower area draw, which I enjoy hiking and walking down it, there are open area and areas where it gets more crowded. There are some neat rock outcroppings along the way. I found some rocks stacked in one area where someone a long time ago either had a small cabin near the mostly dry creek bed or it was used for something else. Maybe it was a cairn, a old corner marker before today's survey pins. Just trying to figure that out has been an exercise in fun....if only one could go back in time to see these things.

Another feature that I like about this property is that it is not very far into the ranch and the access is pretty easy. You do have to go part way up a hill to get to what we think would be a really nice building site. This area is a really nice sized flat area that we call a bench. And it is the highest point on the property. You get good mountain views, the best you can get on this property from this area.

There is plenty of room for a house and garage or small workshop at this building site. But there are also other places where you could build on this property, this decision we leave up to you...that is the fun part.
