Eagles Landing Ranch Parcel 51

This beautiful setting is hard to find with the awesome views, tall pines and douglas fir, rock outcroppings on a private electronic gated ranch. Located almost to Stonewall just past North Fork Road its almost hard to get much closer to the Sangre de Cristo Mountain range and still see them.

The unusual shape of this property sometimes happens when you are designing 35 acre parcels but its not split by a ranch road and all properties have some unusable ground. The top building area is so incredibly nice that you will never think about the shape. This in one property that you will have to see in person. As nice as our photos are it just isn't the same as being there in person. You get the feeling of being on top of the world yet the access is easy.

Power is to the property line and currently there is a temporary power pole set up on the property so all you need to do is to drive your RV in to enjoy this property. All the work has been done already in regards to power and it also has a driveway. Plus there is a concrete water cistern installed too!

Note: There is an Electronic Keyed Gate at the Entrance to the Ranch so the only way to view this property is to schedule an appointment with us to view it.

These are the Sangre de Cristos from near the building site.

This is an area that the present owners have been really enjoying watching the sunsets and the views.

From many places on the top of this property you can get just incredible views.

There is just a beautiful mix if tall pines and fir on this property mixed in with the rock outcroppings.

There are some small clearings and meadows on the property too. Notice the lack of underbrush which is really nice to hike without it.

I had to zoom in to get the whole range of the Sangre's in the photo.

You also have wonderful views of the Spanish Peaks

The property is loaded with Wild Funny Looking Critters too! Alf was posing for this photo. What a Ham! Note: he doesn't come with the property!

I am always attracted to the beauty of the rock outcroppings!

The Sangre's framed nicely.

The fun thing about a property like this would be to give it some TLC and yet still make it look natural. The birds love the old dead trees and it makes a good place for them to nest and rest.

Topo of Parcel 51. Notice how gentle the top is by how far apart the lines are.
